- Facilitate health and safety committees and coordinate improvement plans with regional leaders and site teams.
- Develop and deliver training programmes, including inductions and refresher training, ensuring accurate compliance records.
- Act as the key contact for regulators, insurers, and legal bodies, ensuring full compliance with United Kingdom legislation.
- Work closely with operational teams to identify and implement risk-based safety improvements.
