Position Overview

The position will oversee the partnership strategy and go-to-market approach for digital power partners including Google and Meta. Candidate will be accountable for the operational excellence across the business and ensuring compliance to SLAs. The candidate should be well-versed in all of the digital channels and able to articulate the role of each channel and how they are able to bring a client’s strategy to life and meet client’s business objectives. By using their extensive digital landscape knowledge, performance of past campaigns, and research, the candidate should have the ability to justify investment recommendations, develop learning agendas and drive innovation.

Responsibilities

• Direct communication with clients for all marketplace intelligence, negotiations, and partnership needs
• Collaboration with programmatic, social and search disciplines to deliver holistic solutions
• Oversee the development and execution of go to market strategy, recommendations and learning agendas
• Lead brand safety workstream across all channels with a deep understanding of IAS
• Identify and present new and emerging partners and opportunities in the marketplace
• Oversee operational excellence and accuracy with deal stewardship

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven ability to interpret and analyze data to inform go-to-market strategies; strong ability to translate data into well-articulated ideas
• Strong marketplace relationships with senior salespeople at major media companies
• Creative approach to defining deal terms including pricing models and value based on client objectives
• Proven track record with client relations and growing existing business
• Knowledge of buying, planning, client presentation and reporting

• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• High level of comfort presenting to clients and internal team members
• Ability to work successfully with teams, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure

The salary range for this position is posted below.  Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
