Requirements
  • Extensive knowledge in material handling, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
  • Proven experience in material management and quality control, with a preference for the textile or apparel manufacturing sector.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in inventory management software and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including both day and night shifts.
Responsibilities
  • Regularly inspect the production line to identify quality issues early.
  • Develop and maintain protocols ensuring Sheertex stockings meet durability and performance standards.
  • Oversee product testing, including stress and durability tests, while maintaining detailed records.
  • Implement corrective actions when products do not meet required standards.
  • Train grading staff on quality standards and inspection techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for all quality-related materials and procedures.
  • Ensure daily adherence to "Clean as You Go" (ClayGo) practices for workplace cleanliness.
