Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in art design, web design, or related degree) (GPA above a 3.4)

Knowledge of web design conventions

Knowledge of user experience

Knowledge of web standards, optimization, and web design best practices

Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3

Basic PHP/MySQL knowledge

Knowledge of open source CMS such as WordPress

35% designing homepage and inner page prototypes for various clients using the Adobe Creative Suite

35% creating online advertisements, social media branding and identity, and viral marketing pieces such as infographics

10% helping to build/launch websites for various clients using HTML, CSS, and basic PHP knowledge while still learning HTML and CSS

20% working on site enhancements for clients in various CMS’s including WordPress

-Our “Bootcamp” web marketing training program will be provided for new WebFX “family members” to learn, grow and develop in and out of the office with the hard skills necessary to be successful in their position.

-Position-specific training from our Award-Winning designers, developers, and project managers

-On-site, state-of-the-art training amenities to facilitate departmental trainings, industry-related updates, and monthly Lunch-and-Learns.

WebFX grew 250%+ over the past 3 years, and merit-based promotional opportunities are abundant for new family members who meet or exceed position performance metrics.
