  • Must have an Active Top Secret/SCI US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain an Active TS/SCI Clearance.
  • 10+ years demonstrated expertise and management in the field of Information Warfare.
  • 8+ years demonstrated expertise in the field of Naval Cryptology, Intelligence, Communications, and Cyber in support of Surface Naval Training mythologies.
  • A thorough working knowledge and experience in Fleet operational concepts and practices; as well as a working knowledge of Optimized Fleet Response Plan.
  • Must have the ability to manage multiple projects and develop integrating strategies and plans in support of Naval Information Warfare Training Group objectives.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of training standards and development.
  • Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing to produce finished products, liaise with current and potential customers, prepare and present briefing documents, charts, graphs, and presentations.
Responsibilities
  • Liaison with NIWTG leadership and contract team and staff in the administration and operations of mission scheduling, planning, and tracking of Basic Phase interactions.
  • Assist the government in maintaining training policy, operations, and workflow.
  • Assist the government in mission support and End of Mission Report submission.
  • Assist the government in maintaining training and operational schedules, and personnel assignments ensuring synchronization with established NIWTG policies and mission requirements.
  • Assist the government in developing Fleet training requirements as it relates to command training and readiness mission.
  • Assist the government in the Integration of mission capabilities and collaboration of NIWTG mission capabilities and operations.
  • Assist the government in developing and maintaining an IW mission strategy.
  • Brief and debrief mission requirements and results.
  • Review mission documents, power points, point papers, and documentation.
  • Assist the government in establishing instructor training requirements in support of NIWTG mission tasking.
