Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage visits from the Chief Technology Officer, executive leadership team, customers, and other senior stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed visit agendas and schedules in partnership with Executive Assistants and business leaders.
  • Ensure meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, audio-visual equipment, and technology are fully operational before each visit.
  • Coordinate catering, visitor access, security requirements, transport, and accommodation where required.
  • Act as the on-site host and primary point of contact during executive visits.
  • Anticipate and resolve logistical issues to ensure a seamless visitor experience.
  • Maintain site readiness by ensuring meeting areas, collaboration spaces, and demonstration environments are prepared and presentable.
  • Coordinate with Facilities, Workplace Services, Security, and information technology support teams to resolve site-related issues.
  • Monitor site requests and coordinate timely completion of actions.
  • Support office events, leadership meetings, town halls, and employee engagement activities.
  • Arrange team meals for department-building and morale activities.
  • Coordinate logistics for technology town halls, including scheduling, venue and room setup, catering, and slide deck collection.
  • Plan and execute internal and external technology events, managing vendor communications, attendee lists, and on-the-day logistics.
  • Manage executive calendars using Microsoft Outlook, coordinating internal and external meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Create and manage departmental distribution lists.
  • Book flights, hotels, and transportation through Concur while ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to travel policy.
  • Prepare, submit, and track expense reports using Concur.
  • Draft, proofread, and send professional emails and communications on behalf of executives.
  • Maintain and organize departmental SharePoint sites, ensuring document accessibility and accurate version control.

Jefferies lifts Haleon price target to 410p on margin beat despite growth concerns

Jefferies has raised its price target for Haleon to 410p from 400p, maintaining a Buy rating. The consumer health company, which owns brands including Sensodyne and Advil, beat margin expectations by 70 basis points in the first half. Haleon delivered organic sales growth of 3.1% in the second quarter. Oral Health grew 6.2%, driven by Sensodyne and Parodontax, whilst Pain Relief accelerated 4.6% on Voltaren gel expansion. However, Respiratory products declined 6.5% amid a weak cold and flu season. Gross margin expanded 140 basis points on productivity savings, lifting operating margin by 160 basis points to 24.3%. Jefferies noted North America returned to 3.1% growth, showing management-led turnaround gaining traction. The broker said Haleon needs growth exceeding 5% in the second half to reach its full year guidance midpoint.

Haleon prices $2B bond offering to repurchase 2027 notes

Haleon's US subsidiary, Haleon US Capital LLC, has launched and priced a $2 billion fixed-rate bond offering. The offering comprises three tranches: $600 million in notes maturing in 2029 with a 4.625% coupon, $600 million in notes maturing in 2031 with a 4.875% coupon, and $800 million in notes maturing in 2036 with a 5.375% coupon. The offering is scheduled to settle on 21 August 2026. Payment of principal and interest is fully guaranteed by Haleon plc. The company plans to use the net proceeds, together with cash on hand if necessary, to repurchase its outstanding $1,999,350,000 3.375% fixed rate senior notes due March 2027 and for general corporate purposes. Barclays Capital, BofA Securities, Deutsche Bank Securities, Goldman Sachs and Mizuho Securities acted as joint book-running managers.

Haleon H1 2026: Organic growth hits 3.1%, margins up 120bp as North America rebounds

Haleon reported H1 2026 results ending 30 July, showing improved organic sales growth of 3.1% in Q2, with volume and mix up 1.4%. North America delivered strong progress at 3.1% growth, driven by shelf resets, innovation, and e-commerce momentum. Operating margin improved 120 basis points at constant currency, supported by supply chain efficiency and gross margin expansion of 140 basis points. Emerging markets achieved 6.3% growth in Q2, with India and Latin America leading performance. EPS grew 12% in H1. However, respiratory health remained weak, reducing organic growth by 150 basis points. Europe proved challenging with only 0.4% growth, whilst Middle East markets including Dubai and Pakistan experienced significant declines. The company acknowledged performing below its 4–6% medium-term growth target, with particular gaps in Europe and the Middle East.
