- A related bachelor's degree, or 3 to 4 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Three to four years of experience in an enterprise help desk environment or information technology.
- Strong troubleshooting methodology.
- Broad knowledge of enterprise equipment.
- Knowledge of enterprise Active Directory environments.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop Infrastructure and Microsoft Office 365.
- Fluency in Korean and English.
- Willingness to travel and work weekends and occasional after-hours periods to respond to urgent issues.
- Manage Microsoft Azure cloud environments in accordance with company security guidelines.
- Provide day-to-day support to clients for Azure Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, Office 365, and general information technology issues.
- Troubleshoot Windows operating system laptops, wired and wireless local area networks, cloud services, and other office information technology devices.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize the Office 365 suite within the organization.
- Troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, resolve and document problems, and implement preventive measures.
- Provide technical support at all levels for customers.
- Coordinate with headquarters on projects.
- Manage the information technology help desk team and evaluate its performance.
- Develop daily, weekly, and monthly reports on help desk team productivity.
- Microsoft Certified Professional certification.
- CompTIA Security+ certification.
- Cisco Certified Network Associate certification or higher.
- Proficient knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office and other standard software.
- Proficient knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Azure and Office 365.
- Understanding of Active Directory and Windows system infrastructures.
