Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 5 years of experience designing and creating product, media, and marketing materials in multiple formats (including web-based products, online media, and print publication)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product branding, formatting and design
  • US citizenship required by federal government contract
  • This position requires a Public Trust security clearance. Applicants will be subject to a government security investigation to obtain clearance prior to the start date.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint
  • Experience with the technical aspects of web-based learning management systems
  • Experience with the technical aspects of web, webinar and meeting platforms
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
  • Familiarity with HTML
  • Experience planning, promoting, and conducting virtual meetings (i.e., MS Teams, Zoom, Webex) and in-person training events
  • Understanding of how to incorporate the principles of diversity, inclusivity and cultural humility across all aspects of their work
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills with the ability to engage audiences and communicate effectively in a virtual space.
  • Adaptable team player with the ability to frequently change priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated outstanding level of professionalism in providing client support, including the ability to exercise good judgment, discretion, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Comfortable serving as a resource and providing input to a senior management team.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across TTA providers, the government client, subject matter experts, project partners, vendors and internal staff.
  • Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze situations, identify existing or potential problems and recommend solutions.

  • Effective time-management skills with emphasis on quality and timely completion of tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the development and implementation of digital communications strategy to increase engagement across digital platforms
  • Manage digital platforms including OJP microsites, project resource clearinghouses, social media platforms, and GovDelivery accounts
  • Conduct regular analysis of digital media platform metrics to drive new ideas and digital media engagement
  • Maintain email distribution lists
  • Lead the technical production of digital communications including content development and design for eblasts, newsletters, online meetings, social media, website content, and webinars
  • Support the development of project reports, data visualizations, and publications
  • Create and maintain product templates and manage template library
  • Develop and deliver technology training for staff as needed
  • Design graphics that enhance our reports, presentations, social media content, e-learning materials, and other outreach materials
  • Collaborate on multimedia content development for web-based, digital learning, and communication products
  • Perform other duties as assigned, consistent with the specifications for this position.
