Nolla Skin is the app that actually fixes your skin. Scan your face, get matched with a real medical provider, and get a prescription-strength routine built for your skin, all from your phone. No derm waitlists, no $300 consults, no guessing your way through 12-step routines from TikTok. We're the #1 medical skincare app in the U.S. App Store, and we're building new specialties, such as birth control, soon. Clear skin, backed by real medicine. That's the whole idea.

The Opportunity

This fall, we're recruiting our first-ever class of Campus Ambassadors to launch Nolla Skin at a select group of U.S. universities. This isn't handing out flyers for a faceless brand. You'll work directly with our leadership team, run growth at your school your way, earn on every signup you drive, and graduate with a real growth role on your resume. And because you're in the founding class, you'll help write the playbook every future ambassador follows.

What You'll Do

• Own the Nolla Skin launch at your school. Everyone knows someone fighting breakouts before recruitment, formals, interviews, and grad photos. Your job: make sure your campus knows there's a real medical fix, and that it comes with your discount code.

• Get your own campus discount code and put it everywhere it counts: group chats, club Slacks, sorority and fraternity houses, locker rooms, pre-health orgs, your own feeds.

• Make content that converts: skin-scan reactions, before-and-afters, routine checks, "my derm is in my phone" posts. If it works on your campus, we want you testing it.

• Run whatever growth plays fit your school: tabling, dorm events, partnerships with student orgs, flyers, activations. You know how things spread there; we'll back your ideas.

• Check in with our partnerships and growth leads through text and live calls every other week. What you learn on the ground feeds straight into how we build the product and the program.

Who You Are

• A junior or senior who's deep in campus life through clubs, Greek life, student orgs, or athletics (sophomores with big networks: apply anyway)

• Fluent in how skincare actually travels at school: the "what do you use?" conversations, the group-chat recommendations, the TikTok routines everyone copies, and what's broken about all of it

• The kind of person whose friends already ask them for product recs, and who gets a kick out of helping people feel confident in their skin

• Someone who follows through. You can take an idea from "what if we..." to done without anyone chasing you.

What You'll Get

• $100/month base pay starting the week of Aug 23 ($400 for the fall semester)

• $50 for every successful signup using your campus discount code (after their trial period), fully uncapped. Sign up 30 people, that's $1,500 on top of base. Sign up 100, that's $5,000. No ceiling.

• A free Nolla Skin membership for your time as a Campus Ambassador (a $720/yr value)

• The founding Campus Ambassador title at a venture-backed health tech startup: a resume credential spanning growth, marketing, community, and product

• Mentorship and consistent access to Nolla's leadership team, including our COO, working directly with our partnerships and growth leads

• Event funding: pitch us a campus event or activation idea, and if we like it, we'll fund it

• A feature on Nolla's Instagram when your content hits, with your name on it, in front of our whole audience

• Priority consideration for future paid roles at Nolla, including internships and full-time positions

• A letter of recommendation for top performers

Requirements

• You're 18 or older and eligible to work in the U.S. (this is a paid contractor role)

• You're available for biweekly live check-ins with our partnerships and growth leads

• You're an active Nolla Skin user yourself — you can't sell the scan if you've never scanned

• You keep a regular content and outreach cadence and stay reachable; staying active in the program is what keeps your base pay and free membership going
