🚨 We're Hiring:  Salesforce Administrator

📍 Location: Hyderabad India – Hybrid

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring Salesforce supports business processes efficiently and scales with organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including users, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings
• Configure and customize Salesforce features such as objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, flows, and reports
• Manage data quality through data imports, exports, cleansing, and deduplication
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to support business insights and decision-making
• Support end users through training, documentation, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions
• Manage system updates, releases, and sandbox environments
• Ensure platform compliance with data governance, security, and best practices
• Coordinate with developers, consultants, and vendors when advanced customization is required

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science .
• 3- 4 years of hands-on experience administering Salesforce
• Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce standard functionality and best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce automation tools (Flows, etc..)
• Proficiency in reporting, dashboards, and data management tools

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience
• Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud
• Basic understanding of Apex, SOQL, and integrations.
