Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a top 4-year university or college
  • Interest in finance and / or asset management is a must
  • Relevant CSM experience is a plus
  • Are extremely organized, high energy, and able to balance many moving pieces at once in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Have deep attention to detail
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Are independent and able to exercise sound judgment when making time-sensitive decisions
  • Are a fast learner that’s adaptable and can grasp complex concepts quickly
  • Have a track record of success building relationships (inside and / or outside of work)
Responsibilities
  • Act as a first port of call for client questions, ensuring that all questions are addressed and any issues are resolved proactively and efficiently
  • Liaise with other members of the Brooklyn team, and Brooklyn’s distribution partners, to address client questions
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to Brooklyn’s platform
  • Play a leadership role in client service process improvements and automation, as may be applicable
  • Regularly and, at times, proactively interact or meet with existing, new, and potential clients to build strong relationships, in order to encourage continued client success
  • Gather feedback from clients on products and services, providing insight and relaying the “voice of the client” to internal teams, including Sales & Marketing, Engineering, and Operations
