Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience, 1 year in an account manager or client success role
  • Travel industry experienced (preferred) marketplace sales and/or e-commerce experience
  • Proven track record of being able to effectively work a book of business and showing commercial success
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person across all levels of partner organisations
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to get things done in a complex and fast paced environment
  • Pro-active, able to take responsibility / initiative and work independently
  • Proven track record in building enduring and successful client relationships
  • Proficient quantitative skills and proven ability to interpret and apply data throughout your day-to-day work
  • A hustler, ultimately we are still a startup and things aren't always perfect. We need someone that can identify solutions
Responsibilities
  • Provide commercial support to our network of hosts
  • Effectively prioritise and manage a portfolio of professional management companies and high value B2C hosts
  • Support the supply team and head of account management in ad-hoc projects to drive an increase in sales
  • Hold regular monthly review calls and QBRs with your partners
  • Develop deep knowledge of your partners' business and create value by identifying, clarifying and prioritising their needs
  • Identify opportunities to scale efficiency across day to day tasks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are being met
  • Meet and exceed quarterly growth targets
