Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple science teams for various clients and brands
  • Champion the scientific integrity of work product
  • Train and mentor junior science members
  • Ensure teams deliver quality projects on-time and within budget
  • Drive day-to-day science activities through strong scientific leadership
  • Take responsibility for client satisfaction and strengthen relationships
  • Share ideas and best practices across account teams
  • Be a steward of company culture and environment
  • Ensure all agency efforts and projects are in the best interest of the brand
  • Maximize scientific data to meet strategic imperatives and long-term vision
  • Identify and resolve client conflicts quickly and efficiently
  • Assist in recruitment of new team members

  • Advise on how science can augment marketing and medical efforts
  • Translate basic and clinical science into strategic and educational content
  • Participate in the development of breakthrough creative and innovative programs
