Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, communications).
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in platform/channel operations, content strategy, user operations, or e-commerce marketing, preferably within the digital or retail industry.
  • Deep understanding of standalone app and PC platform operations, with well-developed methodologies and hands-on experience.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven, with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Familiarity with the German digital and consumer landscape; experience working in or with the German market is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural, cross-functional environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of key content and product channels on JD.com’s standalone app and PC platform in Germany, including homepage planning, channel layout, resource scheduling, and content curation.
  • Own and deliver against core channel KPIs such as daily active users (DAU), conversion rates, revisit rates, and gross merchandise value (GMV).
  • Analyze German consumer behavior, market trends, and shopping preferences to identify category opportunities and inform channel strategy.
  • Develop and execute localized channel campaigns around key commercial moments and seasonal trends to maximize visibility and sales impact.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, product, analytics) to align campaign planning, optimize tools, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Localize content and promotional messaging to ensure cultural relevance and strong user resonance.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance through data dashboards and regular reporting, leveraging insights to optimize future activities.
