Requirements
  • A strong Corporate or mid-sized Commercial Insurance background with the ability to manage, retain and grow an existing portfolio of business.
  • Cross-class knowledge including Property, Casualty, Motor, Marine and Financial Lines.
  • A passion for elite client service and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Stakeholder management skills up to and including senior executive level.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with clients, prospects, client teams, and producers to provide best-in-class service and drive growth.
  • Deliver sales and growth within your predefined area.
  • Collaborate with other Account Management colleagues to execute on the growth and retention strategy and meet sales goals.
  • Serve as a client contact, responding to complex client needs and questions to enhance the client experience.
  • Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of changing market conditions and comply with all compliance, professional, and transparency standards.
Desired Qualifications
  • A genuine passion for client service and growth.
  • An insurance qualification (CII/ACII) is advantageous.
