Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, involving hypothesis driven experimentation
  • Strong data analysis skills and problem solving skills
  • Able to run custom data analyses and visualise data effectively (in Tableau / Amplitude / similar) in order to inform decisions and identify opportunities
  • Solid understanding of A/B testing including when to experiment, test setup, and interpretation of results
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
  • Experience of vendor selection and procurement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities
  • Work with business teams to understand their needs and translate them into Analytics and Experimentation Platform requirements
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for the Analytics toolset and Experimentation Platform and drive innovation
  • Formulate a strategy and break into phased goals
  • Develop and execute a product roadmap for the Analytics toolset and Experimentation Platform in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize and execute on the product roadmap
  • Conduct thorough build vs buy analyses, involving Wardley Map considerations
  • Setup appropriate processes for running PoCs of third party tooling
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the Analytics toolset and Experimentation Platform
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders on the status of the product and upcoming releases
  • Line Management and development of junior PMs
Desired Qualifications
  • Deep understanding of statistics and hypothesis driven experimentation techniques. Operational experience of multi-armed bandits is a plus
  • Experience in B2B SaaS is a plus
