Requirements
  • BA or BS; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology marketing
  • Strong digital marketing aptitude and experience
  • Ability to work on site Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
  • Experience in Generative AI / Business AI
  • CNS disease experience and/or launch experience

Responsibilities
  • Drive the development and implementation of integrated, multi-channel Healthcare Professional (HCP) campaign strategies and tactics to direct healthcare professionals to Axsome customer touchpoints.
  • Implement non-personal, omnichannel strategies to engage healthcare professionals and optimize campaign effectiveness using AI-driven insights.
  • Lead the development and implementation of digital field tools and resources designed to extend reach, frequency, and impact to HCPs.
  • Identify appropriate measurements and ROI, and develop comprehensive reporting to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Lead reviews of promotional materials with Regulatory/Legal/Medical.
  • Collaborate effectively with sales and marketing, market access, patient support, market research, medical affairs, commercial operations, data and analytics, finance, and other cross-functional partners.
