  • Administer employee benefits programs
  • Own the onboarding process for new hires
  • Own the offboarding process for departing employees
  • Manage leave of absence requests
  • Conduct annual agency auditing and reporting
  • Manage immigration related activities for employees
  • Maintain internal employee Intranet
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits & other HR related matters
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Conduct / Maintain Motor Vehicle Reports for designated employees
  • Assist in HR projects and initiatives
