Welcome to the role of Night Audit Clerk! As the Night Audit Clerk, you will be responsible for monitoring and balancing the hotel's accounts, ensuring accuracy throughout the entire process. You will be responsible for completing all daily paperwork and reporting any discrepancies to the appropriate personnel. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests, resolving any customer complaints or inquiries, and responding to any emergency situations that may arise. Ultimately, your goal is to ensure the hotel operates smoothly and efficiently throughout each night shift.
