Requirements
  • Maintain an active and verifiable New Mexico license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, LISW, or LMHC, along with a license in the state of residence if it is not New Mexico; credentials must be verified through the State Board’s website.
  • Have experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth settings.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and clinical skills with a person-centered, trauma-informed approach.
  • Be comfortable with electronic medical records, Google Suite or Microsoft Office, and telehealth tools.
  • Work independently in a remote setting with professionalism and integrity.
  • Have a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments and collaboratively develop evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Provide individual psychotherapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms.
  • Support members with mental health needs including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and, when needed, substance use disorders.
  • Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation in the electronic medical record system.
  • Coordinate care as needed and contribute to a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.
  • Participate in clinical team meetings and optional case consultations.
  • Adhere to HIPAA and all applicable state licensure regulations.

  • Ability or interest in working with non-independent mental health licenses where state and license regulations permit supervision.
  • Flexibility to work with members with substance use disorders.
