  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Marketing Finance/FP&A at a B2B SaaS company
  • Comfortable working with large unorganized datasets
  • Ability to work with disparate data sources
  • Exceptional presentation and writing skills
  • Proficient in tools such as Netsuite, Planful, Anaplan, etc.
Responsibilities
  • Be a strategic business partner to the CMO and the marketing team
  • Delivering insights to enable decision making based on data, KPIs and metrics
  • Consolidate monthly forecasts from all departments and create a detailed corporate forecast
  • Prepare forecasts for Marketing ROI, Marketing Channel Performance, Conversion to help with investment decisions and annual budgeting process
  • Support headcount planning, resource allocation, create and manage processes to support discretionary expense tracking and management P&L reporting
  • Setup and improve reporting automation to increase efficiency and reduce turnaround time
  • Drive alignment on KPIs and key metrics to track Marketing-specific trends, growth initiatives, business performance, and visibility into operating performance
  • Prepare materials for quarterly board meetings and investor presentations
  • Help us build a world class FP&A team that can take Ironclad public.
