Job Summary:

A "gig" Help Desk opportunity at Businessolver is a great chance to learn from our amazingly talented team and provide support to each and every employee! If you are up to the challenge of providing friendly, knowledgeable IT support in a fast-paced business environment, then we want to hear from you. You must have a ‘can do’ attitude and a willingness to do a variety of tasks each day. Attention to detail and a willingness to learn new technologies are key components of excelling in this position.

The Gig:

Respond to submitted trouble tickets resulting in resolution or escalation
Image/Update/Encrypt desktop PCs and laptops
Inventory/Check out IT equipment
Provide desktop support for internal and remote staff
Document resolved issues and resolution procedures
May perform other duties as assigned.

What you need to make the Cut:

2 or 4-year IT degree
Knowledgeable with Microsoft or Mac Desktop environments
Experience working with Microsoft Office products
Must be able to multi-task and prioritize assigned duties in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills

The pay rate for this position is $17.00 per hour.
