Requirements
  • At least 7 years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role, with a proven track record of delivering integrated marketing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Active use of artificial intelligence tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or AI-powered marketing platforms in marketing work, with the ability to explain how they are integrated into campaign planning, content development, competitive research, or performance analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to achieve business growth, audience engagement, and brand awareness goals.
  • Use artificial intelligence tools to accelerate market research, competitive analysis, content development, campaign optimization, and performance reporting, embedding artificial-intelligence-native practices across the marketing function.
  • Partner with sales and product teams to develop marketing strategies that drive lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Identify market trends, audience insights, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions and sharpen positioning across campaigns and channels.
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including search engine optimization, search engine marketing, social media, and email, ensuring programs are data-driven, on-brand, and continuously optimized.
  • Manage the development of creative assets, messaging, and content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and translate data into actionable insights that improve future strategy and execution.
  • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with clear accountability for return on investment.
  • Mentor and develop marketing team members, providing guidance, setting expectations, and fostering a culture of growth and performance.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align marketing activities with organizational objectives.
  • Represent the marketing function in cross-functional meetings and strategic planning sessions, serving as a credible and influential voice for the team.
  • Discuss specific artificial intelligence tools in active use and how they are integrated into campaign planning, content development, competitive research, or performance analysis.
  • Explain how artificial intelligence has improved the speed, quality, or scale of marketing output at the team or function level.
  • Describe the approach to evaluating, adopting, and embedding new artificial intelligence tools across a marketing team.
Desired Qualifications

Moody's Ratings affirmed MJH Healthcare's B2 corporate family rating following its agreement to acquire BPD Healthcare for approximately $450 million. The acquisition will be financed with a $430 million incremental senior secured term loan. Despite an increase in debt-to-EBITDA to 5.7x, MJH is expected to reduce it to 5x within 12-18 months.
