We are seeking an experienced Senior TPM (Technical Program Manager) to join us. The Senior TPM will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects and features that power our mobile advertising platform. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of mobile technologies, adtech, and extensive program management experience. The Senior TPM will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, product, design, operations and business to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Impact you will make:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects for our advertising platform
- Work with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, forecasts, and budgets
- Manage project risks and issues, and work to mitigate them before they impact the project
- Communicate project status and progress against milestones to stakeholders, including leadership
- Lead and facilitate project meetings, including kickoffs, status updates, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical requirements are understood and met
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including charters, product requirements, technical designs, adoption plans and training materials
- Ensure project quality and adherence to best practices, including code reviews and testing
- Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to improve program management practices
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in technical program management or software engineering
- Deep understanding of mobile technologies, adtech, and program management
- Strong experience managing technical projects from ideation to delivery
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, product, design, operations and business, across multiple locations and time zones
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to changes and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adjust plans as needed to achieve project goals
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome obstacles
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills to balance multiple competing demands
- Comfortable with change management processes and techniques, and able to implement them effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and drive consensus among stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to make informed decisions based on data
- Experience with agile methodologies
The following experience would be a plus:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Hiring, managing and coaching other TPMs
- Data-driven advertising technologies, including programmatic advertising, real-time bidding, and machine learning stacks
- Working in the mobile adtech industry
- Understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem, including ad formats, ad networks, and attribution
- Understanding of privacy regulations and best practices in adtech

This is a fully remote role that may be based anywhere in the United States. The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $125,000 and $205,000 per year. For applicants based in Colorado at the start of employment is expected to be between $85,000 and $175,000 per year. For applicants based in New York City and New Jersey at the start of employment is expected to be between $120,000 and $200,000 per year.
However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay range for this position for applicants based in Washington at the start of employment is expected to be between $115,000 and $200,000 per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan, in addition to a full range of medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees will also receive 13 paid holidays per calendar year, unlimited discretionary time off, and will receive 10 sick days per calendar year. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
