  • Responsible for supporting executives in solution selling to prospects, executing strategic deals, modeling financial business cases, and matching customer requirements to proposed solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Direct experience selling; DERMS, MDMS and related packaged software solutions and services
  • Direct experience selling software solutions to investor owned utilities public power utilities and cooperative electric utilities.
  • Finding new clients: Identifying potential clients in a specific sector that may benefit from the product or service
  • Building relationships: Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Understanding customer needs: Analyzing customer requirements and concerns to recommend technology products and provide technical solutions
  • Demonstrating products: Walking prospects through product demonstrations and answering questions about functionality
  • Making presentations: Preparing and delivering technical presentations to explain products and services to customers and at trade shows and seminars
  • Negotiating: Calculating client quotations and negotiating tender and contract terms
  • Closing sales: Agreeing to terms and conditions to close sales
  • Providing support: Offering after-sales support services and troubleshooting customer issues
  • Administering accounts: Managing client accounts and preparing reports Customer Relationship Reports for management
