ModSquad is seeking Mod Contractors to join our network!
This project is looking for Tier 1, with the potential for Tier 2, Customer Service experts to provide ticket, chat, and phone support.
We will be providing support through Zendesk to users who have any questions about the product, returns, promotions, etc. The majority of the work will be ticket and chat support. We will also provide phone support, although their phone volume is very low.
This requires professional-level English speakers.
Project Hours (All Times Pacific):
Monday - Friday: 5 am - 5 pm
Saturday - Sunday: 9 am - 1 pm
Especially Seeking Availability:
Friday and weekend availability is a must
What We Are Looking For:
- Extremely empathetic.
- Believes the customer is always right.
- Has very strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Is able to quickly learn new information and put it into action.
- Bonus if you have Shopify experience!
Workplace Requirements:
- Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
- Quality headset
- Quiet workspace to take calls
- Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on phone
- Webcam or smartphone capable of taking pictures
