Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing and media strategy
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets
  • Knowledge of R, Python, or another statistical programming language is a plus
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in supporting and managing paid media campaigns with combined budgets exceeding $1 million annually
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficient in leveraging analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Tableau, Heap, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation and targeting strategies
  • Experience with A/B & multivariate testing, conversion rate optimization, and landing page optimization
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging channels, and new advertising technologies in the paid media space
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Previous experience in highly regulated industries is a nice-to-have
Responsibilities
  • Support paid media strategy through analysis and testing of campaigns
  • Implement and manage comprehensive paid search strategies
  • Manage day-to-day SEM campaign operations
  • Create a roadmap for continual innovative testing
  • Conduct competitive analysis
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators
  • Aggregate and distill data from multiple sources
  • Conduct keyword research
  • Partner with creative resources to develop ad messaging and assets
