Responsibilities
  • Serve as a front-line representative for customers, delivering exceptional service with a focus on parts sales and product support.
  • Collaborate with the Parts & Service team to meet departmental goals and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Purchase, track, and expedite parts and equipment for customer orders and internal department needs.
  • Provide customers with order updates, status changes, and invoicing details in a timely manner.
  • Promote in-store sales and merchandising, ensuring displays are clean, effective, and engaging.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts, annual inventory counts, and assist with other locations as needed.
  • Monitor part costs and pricing to ensure profitability within company guidelines.
  • Assist with scheduling service work and coordinating technician activities when required.
  • Perform quality checks on completed jobs, including test-driving customer equipment when necessary.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Address inquiries and resolve complaints quickly, escalating issues to Management when appropriate.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all parts and services on Work Orders and Parts Invoices.
  • Review and price Work Orders, ensuring gross profit percentages are within company guidelines.
  • Keep customers informed about service progress, obtain necessary approvals, and ensure payment prior to equipment release.
  • Stay up to date on new equipment, parts, and tools, making recommendations for inventory when appropriate.
