The ideal candidate will support Exabeam’s global team by responding to requests supporting laptops, mobile devices, and application issues for end users. This is an entry to mid level role that will provide both remote and onsite support at Exabeam’s Foster City headquarters.
As an IT Helpdesk Engineer at Exabeam, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive IT support to our internal teams. The ideal candidate is someone who is eager to develop their knowledge in general IT technical support and is able to juggle multiple requests at one time. This position requires strong communication and customer service skills, as well as an ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
This position will partner with the infrastructure operations, cybersecurity, and applications teams to ensure Exabeam tools are operating efficiently and securely.
