  • 0–2 years of sales, customer service, or related experience; internships and new graduates are welcome.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Comfort with a road-warrior schedule involving 4–5 days of travel per week.
  • A valid United States driver's license is required.
  • A bachelor's degree is required.
Responsibilities
  • Learn and assist with outreach, prospecting, and relationship-building within the skilled nursing facility and long-term care sectors while working alongside experienced closers.
  • Help identify potential targets and learn how market expansion strategy comes together in the field.
  • Learn to articulate the return on investment of the physician-led wound care model to administrators and other stakeholders, with training and coaching provided.
  • Start building a network with skilled nursing facility staff, owners, and regional directors under the mentorship of senior team members.
  • Share field observations, ask questions, and contribute to a team strategy.

Skilled Wound Care is a physician-led provider of wound-care services for skilled nursing and long-term-care facilities. Clinicians deliver bedside assessment and treatment while collaborating with facility teams on documentation, prevention, and follow-up. The organization also trains and supports physicians building specialized wound-care practices. The provider brings specialist physicians into post-acute facilities and integrates recurring rounds, bedside treatment, care-team communication, clinical documentation, prevention, supply decisions, and education intended to improve healing and reduce avoidable escalation.
