What believers are saying

  • TrustLayer's July 29, 2026 site says it is still hiring.
  • The June 22, 2026 Nationwide partnership expands proof-of-insurance verification distribution.
  • The August 7, 2026 get-started offer lowers adoption friction for new compliance teams.

What critics are saying

  • Carrier-native verification from Nationwide and others crushes TrustLayer's middleman role by 2027.
  • EZLynx, myCOI, and AgentSync commoditize COI tracking in broker channels.
  • Free first-50-vendor onboarding signals weak pricing power and long enterprise sales cycles.

What makes TrustLayer unique

  • TrustLayer Pulse verifies policies at the carrier source, not just COI paperwork.
  • Nationwide integration validates coverage-in-force automatically for third parties.
  • TrustLayer bundles COIs, W-9s, licenses, and attestations in one workflow.

PolicyReview partners with TrustLayer.

PolicyReview partners with TrustLayer. Today, PolicyReview is excited to announce that PolicyReview has partnered with TrustLayer to bring industry-leading policy analysis to their customers. When PolicyReview founded PolicyReview, its mission was simple - help businesses understand what's actually in their insurance policies. PolicyReview believed that every business owner deserved to know what they were paying for, without needing a law degree or paying hundreds of dollars for professional review. This partnership extends that mission to a whole new audience. Why TrustLayer? For those who don't know, TrustLayer is the industry leader in third-party risk management. They've built a platform that thousands of companies use to track, verify, and manage the insurance and compliance of their vendors, contractors, and partners. The fit here is natural. TrustLayer helps companies verify that their third parties have insurance. PolicyReview helps everyone understand what that insurance actually covers. Together, PolicyReview can provide a complete picture - not just "do they have coverage?" but "is that coverage actually adequate?" How this partnership came about. TrustLayer's customers had been asking about a service like PolicyReview for some time. They could verify that a vendor had a certificate of insurance, but understanding the actual coverage - the exclusions, the endorsements, the gaps - remained a challenge. When TrustLayer reached out to PolicyReview, PolicyReview immediately recognized the alignment. Its vision and brand matched. Its commitment to clarity in commercial insurance matched. And their desire to provide industry-leading analysis to their clients matched exactly what PolicyReview'd built PolicyReview to deliver. Sometimes partnerships just make sense. This is one of those times. What this means for TrustLayer customers. If you're a TrustLayer customer, you now have access to PolicyReview's AI-powered policy analysis at a special rate. Reach out to your TrustLayer representative for a promo code that unlocks discounted access to its platform. You'll be able to: - Upload commercial insurance policies and get comprehensive analysis in minutes - Identify coverage gaps before they become claim denials - Understand exclusions and endorsements in plain English - Make informed decisions about vendor and contractor coverage adequacy What this means for PolicyReview users. For existing PolicyReview users, nothing changes. You'll continue to use PolicyReview exactly as you do today. This partnership expands its reach but doesn't change its commitment to making insurance understandable for everyone. Looking ahead. PolicyReview is just getting started. This partnership opens doors to deeper integration between its platforms and new ways to bring clarity to commercial insurance. PolicyReview'll have more to share in the coming months. For now, PolicyReview is focused on delivering the same quality analysis its users have come to expect - now available to TrustLayer's impressive customer base.
