  • 5-7 years of experience in partner marketing, campaign marketing ideally in the financial services space.
  • Strong relationship-management skills with both external partners and internal stakeholders across multiple teams and workstreams.
  • Strong organization and project management skills and the ability to manage multiple partnerships and campaigns at once.
  • Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks, adapt to changing needs, and tackle new challenges daily with a bias for action.
  • Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and willingness to creatively solve problems.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills - responsible for building relationships with external partners and communicating results to internal stakeholders.
  • Proven success working and aligning with sales teams to drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Ability to collaborate as part of a cross-functional team and work independently.
  • A deep understanding of the financial services industry (retirement plan market a plus!).
Responsibilities
  • Develop, organize and execute the financial advisor partner marketing strategy
  • Prioritize workflows to drive awareness, generate demand, and retain/grow existing customers
  • Evaluate performance metrics to ensure marketing programs meet objectives and enable evaluation of program performance
  • Identify new high-leverage activities and opportunities for growth
  • Build strong relationships with partners to execute program launches, optimizations, and develop future opportunities
  • Create strong relationships with partners and the sales team to drive partner sourced revenue
