  • Previous experience in a call center environment

Responsibilities
  • Answering inbound/outbound calls from prospective clients
  • Properly completing the intake form using the proprietary Customer Relationship System (CRM)
  • Explaining Social Security Disability eligibility, benefits, and requirements
  • Positively promoting and selling the benefits of using our services to all prospects
  • Accurately documenting all contact with prospects and entering information in accordance with company policies
  • Meeting or exceeding specific performance standards approved by management
