Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree (candidates can substitute one year of experience for each year of education)
  • 5+ years of experience supporting aspects of the software development life cycle
  • 1+ years of experience with Salesforce.com custom development including Lightning Design Systems, APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Design System, Lighting Components, etc.
  • 1+ years of experience with object-oriented programming principles, data structures, data modeling, design patterns, relational database systems, and operating systems.
  • 3+ years of advanced proficiency in MS Office products; excel, word and Visio
Responsibilities
  • Participate in the complete application life cycle from requirements, technical design, architecture, development, testing, and deployment of high-quality Salesforce solutions, using configuration and coding best practices
  • Define, coordinate, and track tasks related to software updates, migrations, and deployments.
  • Create stories and tasks in JIRA to support the execution of client deliverables
  • Support meetings with stakeholders and help prepare functional requirements documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories
  • Develop and maintain functional design documentation
  • Generate requirement specifications, use cases, process flow diagrams, and other system documentation into concise and specific language to facilitate stakeholder understanding
  • Support stakeholders through training, as well as one-on-one technical assistance
  • Develop an understanding of the operational processes and procedures and take initiative on process improvements
Desired Qualifications
  • Salesforce Certification(s)
  • Experience with Salesforce OmniStudio
  • Specialized Consultant Certifications like Sales, Service or Community (Preferred)
  • Experience with issue tracking and project management tools such as JIRA, SharePoint and/or Smartsheet
  • Experience defining and documenting business processes and software requirements in an agile software development process
  • Clearly defines and documents business processes and software requirements
  • Identifies, tracks, and coordinates software development team tasks
  • Develops system documentation to track issues and to work with developers to ensure that requirements are being met
  • Balances and prioritizes multiple projects to meet goals, deliverables, and deadlines
  • Works collaboratively and cohesively in a team environment
  • Experience with data mapping, API, and/or integration
  • Extremely well-organized with a high appreciation for details
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
  • Resourceful and self-motivated
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including courtesy, professionalism, and a cooperative attitude
  • Exceptional attention to detail in communication and deliverables
