Charta Health uses proprietary AI to perform pre-bill reviews of medical charts, helping healthcare providers improve revenue integrity and coding accuracy. Its system automatically audits claims so auditors can work about 20 times faster, and at a fraction of the cost of human auditors. It integrates with existing workflows, augmenting current tools rather than replacing them, and offers services in revenue integrity, risk adjustment, denial prevention, and audit compliance. The goal is to help providers capture every revenue and quality opportunity, reduce denials, and boost financial outcomes.
