As a Domain Specialist at Cherre, you will focus on supporting Cherre’s internal teams working with our largest clients onboarding to the platform. You need to be comfortable navigating conversations with our customers around the types of data they leverage in decision making, the systems that the data is stored in, and how Cherre will help them connect it all together. You also need to work internally to ensure our tools and processes support the ability to scale quickly and sustainably.
Cherre supports a client base of large enterprise Asset and Investment Managers in the Real Estate industry. A Domain Specialist will be responsible for being a subject matter expect on the systems those clients use for accounting, deal flow, leasing, valuations, investor reporting, and debt management. That knowledge will be leveraged to support our Solution Architect in scoping and discovery as well as partnering with Product and Engineering teams in managing and connecting the data.

You are
- A true subject matter expert in the commercial real estate industry with knowledge of core systems such as Yardi, VTS, Argus, DealCloud, MRI, Anaplan, etc.
- Obsessed with data and how it is used to solve problems
- Always proactive about sharing information across departments
- Not afraid to ask questions of clients to get to the right solution
You will
- Partner with multiple engineering teams connecting data from client systems
- Build data models to a set standard to support engineers
- Consult with clients to answer questions from teams and stakeholders
- Train your peers on the knowledge you have to spread domain expertise across the organization
