Requirements
  • 5+ years leading or managing an IT Helpdesk or a Tier 1 / Tier 2 support team
  • Experience with planning, researching and developing policies, standards, and procedures
  • Experience with endpoint security and IAM best practices
  • 2+ years Automation or SaaS tool deployment experience
  • Experience developing, implementing and training on High-code or Low-code applications
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and lead team members and foster a learning and growing environment
  • Experience with technical change management and educating staff members on IT best practices or common enterprise system functionality
  • Experience providing IT support to high level executives
Responsibilities
  • Lead a team focused on operating and providing support for IT systems and platforms dedicated to endpoint deployment, MDM and SSO operations
  • Manage a team of 4-6 individuals located in Birmingham and at our remote Headquarters in SF and MN
  • Develop automations, leverage reporting to determine process improvements, and support IT systems
  • Procurement of all hardware and accessories, asset management, onboarding/offboarding employees, supporting all office conference rooms and A/V systems, and providing technical support for any issues or questions related to account access or endpoints
