Requirements
  • Associate degree
  • 1+ year of project management experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with PowerBI and/or SQL
  • Experience working in a fast paced, start-up environment
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a process for tracking customer property and manage execution and ongoing support of the process
  • Work with NASA LSP Mission Management team to coordinate and support customer forums, boards, and reviews to ensure that deliverables are delivered on time and per the customer's expectation
  • Work with Rideshare Mission Management to support Rideshare customers, including onboarding, documentation updates, and invoicing
  • Own customer experience at Vandenberg launch site, including coordination of transportation, badging, catering, swag, and any other customer required items
  • Manage projects and execute to tight timelines while effectively communicating to and influencing stakeholders
  • Relentlessly and creatively drive process improvements that help SpaceX and the Mission Management team serve our customers well (meet contract obligations, fly safely and reliably, and more)
