Requirements
  • You have run engagements end-to-end through adoption, including training frontline teams, building internal champions, and making workflows stick.
  • You have operational intelligence to determine how an agency actually works through observation and questioning.
  • You can conduct quarterly business reviews with a chief operating officer and train a frontline coordinator in the same week.
  • You can identify recurring product friction, document it clearly, and follow through until it ships.
  • You have 3–5 years of experience in implementation, deployment, or a technical account manager or engagement manager role.
  • You have strong writing skills, including the ability to produce QBR decks without editing.
  • You are comfortable participating in technical conversations without being the engineer.

  • Own the weekly working group by setting the agenda, driving action items, and holding internal and customer stakeholders accountable between sessions.
  • Remain the first point of contact for the agency after go-live, own the issue queue, and triage issues before they reach the field deployment engineer.
  • Deliver the quarterly business review, including ownership of the numbers, narrative, and conversation with the executive sponsor.
  • Run training and change management, onboard users, build internal champions, and make the workflow stick after stepping back.
  • Build the deployment playbook, document what works, translate recurring friction into prioritized product feedback, and follow through until it ships.

Zingage brings AI agents to HHAeXchange's 32,000+ home care providers

Zingage, an AI agent platform for home care agencies, has integrated with HHAeXchange, giving more than 32,000 home care providers access to AI automation tools through the Partner Connect programme. The platform automates scheduling, phone operations, compliance documentation and recruiting. Agencies using Zingage have reduced staffing costs by up to 82%, with some seeing 35% growth in authorised care hours within eight weeks and 40% improvement in compliance rates within six weeks.
