Requirements
  • High school diploma and six (6) years additional education and/or experience, experience to include administrative, accounts payable, or cost project analyst experience or directly related.
  • Active TS/SCI w/full-scope polygraph clearance required.
Responsibilities
  • perform a variety of activities in support of functional areas such as finance and purchasing.
  • gather, collect, record, track and verify data and information from multiple sources.
  • Assist with management of a master calendar and Purchasing Card Program in compliance with NG policy.
  • Candidate will be responsible for processing all Program invoices, assist in tracking Program budget, draft and submit Purchase Requests (PRs) and process received Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Candidate will help coordinate and resolve all Program billing and invoicing queries.
