Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems and other manufacturing software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the value stream team, including production supervisors, operators, and support staff.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve manufacturing processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance, to ensure seamless production flow.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks, quality issues, and other operational challenges.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other relevant methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and manage the value stream budget, including labor, materials, and overhead costs.
  • Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
