Requirements
  • A degree in communications, management, industrial-organizational psychology, organizational leadership, or at least 4 years equivalent working in learning & development
  • Expertise in organizational development or Industrial-Organizational Psychology and ability to explain research-backed best practices, interventions, skills, and tools fluently and clearly
  • Experience with developing engaging educational content for managers in live presentations and written assets
  • Ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally with multidisciplinary colleagues and designers on content creation
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in the face of strict writing deadlines
  • Dynamic public speaking abilities
  • Familiarity with most commonly used corporate webinar platforms, including Zoom, Google Hangouts, Blue Jeans, and Cisco Webex
Responsibilities
  • Independently curate high-quality source material and create educational content for a variety of formats and channels
  • Collaborate on the development and creation of innovative educational offerings for training managers and people leaders on effective management practices for promoting psychological safety and engagement
  • Serve as an internal subject matter expert on organizational development by consulting with cross-functional partners and reviewing externally facing materials for clarity and accuracy
  • Discuss organizational needs and challenges with prospective customers (e.g., manager development and building a mentally healthy workplace culture)
