  • Undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
  • 10 or more years’ relevant experience as a technical product manager is required

Responsibilities
  • Manage overall product strategy and enhancements, including roadmaps, business requirements and business launches, with minimal guidance
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs through voice of customer interviews, analytics, and research to help shape the vision and strategy, and deliver maximum business and customer impact
  • Own product execution by working closely with engineering teams that are responsible for building platform products, and ensuring backlogs are properly defined and ceremonies are effective
  • Partner closely with relevant product and engineering leaders and teams to communicate the product value proposition and align on the roadmap
  • Manages priorities of product business planning and life cycle across multiple products; ensures pervasive market needs are met, differentiated value is created, and roadmaps align to overall product strategy
  • Cultivate an environment that excels at measuring success through product metrics
  • Interpret data to identify potential business opportunities and make recommendations to product leaders
  • Collaborate with Vizient stakeholders to advance regulatory influence in areas of interoperability and data standards
  • Collaborate with product delivery, marketing, sales and other business functions to establish launch plans and communication strategies
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving and decision-making skills by addressing technical and strategic challenges with innovative solutions using both data and intuition to effectively navigate ambiguity
  • Help evolve our product operating model and elevate the product management practice at Vizient
Desired Qualifications
  • MBA, MPH or MHA preferred
  • Experience working on data platforms or platform engineering teams is strongly desired
  • Experience working with data specifications and data mapping between systems desired
  • Experience with EMR’s, ERP’s interoperability software or data standards preferred
