Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring all needs are met and expectations are exceeded
Develop strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for inquiries and support
Assist in the creation and execution of client proposals and strategies
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Provide regular updates and reports to clients on the progress of their projects
Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion
Address any client issues or concerns promptly and professionally
Maintain accurate records of client communications, contracts, and agreements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (not required)
