The Engagement Manager, Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain (FSC) will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and execution of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSC initiatives within our organization. This individual will lead a team of professionals to ensure the successful implementation, optimization, and support of Dynamics 365 FSC solutions to meet our business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership, develop and communicate the strategic vision and roadmap for Dynamics 365 FSC implementation and optimization.
Collaborate with executive leadership to align Dynamics 365 FSC initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
Provide thought leadership and stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in Dynamics 365 FSC.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Define roles and responsibilities, set clear performance expectations, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
Drive team engagement and morale through effective communication, recognition, and support.
Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 FSC projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Partner with dedicated project managers to manage project scope, risks, and dependencies, and proactively address any issues or roadblocks.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable and sustainable Dynamics 365 FSC solutions.
Establish and manage relationships with key client executives, stakeholders, and Armanino subject matter experts across practice.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in implementing and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain, AX solutions.
Proven track record of success in leading large-scale Dynamics 365 FSC implementation projects, across client industries.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve high performance.
Client management experience with accountability for the establishment and expansion of executive-level relationships
Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 FSC capabilities, architecture, and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to travel as needed.

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. The compensation range for this position: $230,000- $311,200. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
