Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Director of Partner Development to help drive revenue growth for Brook throughout greater Western Massachusetts (UMass based in Worcester, MA). At Brook, we refer to accounts as partners, and so we are looking for someone who can drive selling into new partners, as well as be responsible for developing and managing existing partners. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day development of our partner UMass, and support all of the account initiatives in this account. This will cover (but not be limited to) working with the exec team, the provider clinics, and the clinical staff in UMass. It will also mean supporting providers who work with UMass in the same network but are not owned by UMass. These can also be new sales opportunities for Brook. As you grow in this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales/partner budget, and developing a team of account executives and partner development representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Educate and provide product demonstrations to healthcare providers on the benefits of Brook Remote Care
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Manage the sales budget and allocate resources effectively
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Build relationships with key clients and maintain ongoing communication
- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure that sales efforts are aligned with the overall Brook goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans to capitalize on them
- Build and develop a team of sales representatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a sales leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and management skills – need to show you have hired, trained and built a sales / account teams
- Experience in managing large accounts with complex contracting and execution challenges in healthcare.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in medical sales
- Familiarity with healthcare industry
- Experience with CRM tools and systems
