  • A Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related computationally focused science degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 12+ overall years in a similar or related role with 5+ years of leading a team
  • Familiarity in software development lifecycle, proven experience in shipping products
  • Exceptional multitasking in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and changing requirements
  • Understanding of modern techniques in Machine Learning, Deep Neural Networks, parallel and distributed training

Responsibilities
  • Lead and drive the design, architecture, and implementation of groundbreaking Gen-AI based products
  • Manage a team of expert engineers and mentor new engineers in a complex technology based environment
  • Provide technical guidance and career mentorship
  • Hands-on coding in AI frameworks like Pytorch, JAX, Tensorflow and leading code reviews
  • Set standard development practices across your team
  • Develop and handle meaningful, achievable engineering plans aligned with key objectives
