Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing events, including guest registration, demo logistics, and venue coordination.
  • Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Support post-event follow-ups, including data collection, performance tracking, and reporting.
  • Provide support in cross-functional marketing projects, ensuring timely execution and stakeholder alignment.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables, identifying and resolving bottlenecks proactively.
  • Conduct research and market analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in managing customer and partner engagements, including scheduling and coordination.
  • Help streamline internal processes to improve efficiency across marketing and sales teams.

  • Previous experience in tech companies, marketing, or event management is a plus.
