- Experience coordinating material planning and purchasing to ensure timely delivery of manufacturing products.
- Experience assuring accuracy of the ERP database of suppliers of products used in a manufacturing process.
- Experience preparing orders to vendors for raw materials, packaging materials, components, services, supplies, and related material/service needed for production.
- Ability to check scheduled delivery dates and make initial contact with suppliers on late deliveries.

- Experience managing multiple suppliers/services for production via purchase order placement and scheduling.
- Experience assisting other Buyers with running vendor-managed inventory reports, Open Purchase Order Reports and Metrics.
- Experience managing master data and Bill of Materials within the ERP database.
- Experience resolving accounts payable issues for suppliers.

- Manage multiple suppliers/services for production via PO placement and scheduling.
- Assist other Buyers with running VMI reports, Open PO Reports and Metrics
- Responsible for managing master data and Bill of Materials within the ERP database.
- Resolving AP issues for the suppliers.
