Requirements
  • 5+ years in a strategic Product focused role
  • Finance/fintech experience
  • Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree a plus
  • Exceptionally strong organizational skills and communication skills
  • Able to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple products
  • Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives
  • Experience in data analysis and budget management
  • Consulting experience, with a focus on operations management
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the CPO, serving as his right-hand person and representation in internal meetings
  • Execute strategic initiatives of the Product organization, including the follow-through and delivery of the Two-Year Growth plan, KPIs and Milestones, and Execution plans
  • Track key metrics and progress of Product teams in Monday.com to provide the organization with a mark-to-market
  • Be a vocal senior member of the Product organization, meeting with internal stakeholders to keep the CPO abreast of team and project updates
  • Build relationships outside of Product to organically begin connecting the dots across the company, ensuring that we are all working in lock step towards one iCapital
  • Manage, lead, and execute one-off projects that support the Product organization’s mission
  • Deliver on the Product data usage initiative, which includes standardizing the measure of usage across the entire platform and features
  • Build trust with Product leadership to be their go-to person to execute projects and tasks as needed
  • Work with iCapital’s recruitment team on hiring and budgeting and allocating resources
